Designers: Our approach to the design/selling process is a consultive one. Specialists help design a project to meet your needs. They will walk you through a brief question and answer interview. This interview is designed to quickly discover what your vision is for this project. After we fully understand your wants and needs we can make recommendations. If a project is properly conceived it will always end with results that exceed the customer's expectations. This approach has given us a 99% customer satisfaction rating, and over 30,000 completed installations.

Management: Collectively has over 60 years of construction experience. Management keeps your project on time and within budget.

Production:All Carpenters/Installers are expected to perform all work in a manner that exceeds the customer's expectations. Special attention is paid to meeting or exceeding local building codes as well.

Quality Control: Our quality control group audits all completed work. This insures that each job is done to company standards.

Customer Service:When things go wrong after the completion of a job, customer service steps in, orders the necessary repair parts and follows up to be sure the repair was done to the customer's satisfaction.
