Precision Build Makes Leadership Change to Position for Next Phase of Growth

Tampa, Florida & Springfield, Illinois (August 10, 2026) – Precision Build, a global leader in storage, structural steel, liquid process and service solutions, has made a series of executive leadership appointments that position the company for its next phase of growth while recognizing the retirement of longtime leader David Hemming. Hemming served as CEO of Precision Build since its formation in 2020 and the CEO and President of Precision Tank for 22 years.

 

Corey Yraguen - Corey Yraguen has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Precision Build and its operating subsidiaries. Yraguen succeeds Hemming as CEO of Precision Build. Since joining Precision Build in 2020, Yraguen has served as President of Precision Build and President and CEO and President of Precision Build Solutions (Tampa Tank and Florida Structural Steel). During his tenure, he helped strengthen the organization's strategic foundation and support its continued growth. As CEO, Yraguen will provide strategic leadership across Precision Build and its operating subsidiaries, with responsibility for the company's long-term vision, operational performance and continued growth.

 

Wil Lunt - Wil Lunt has been promoted to President, Precision Tank, a Precision Build Company. Lunt joined Precision Build in 2021 and became Precision Build’s CFO in 2023. Lunt will continue serving in that role while assuming leadership of Precision Tank. He succeeds Hemming in the president role. Lunt will oversee Precision Tank’s strategic direction, operations and overall performance while continuing to provide enterprise financial leadership and stewardship for Precision Build.

 

Shane Harris - Shane Harris is being promoted to Vice President of Finance, Precision Build. Harris joined Precision Build in 2024 as Controller after years in public accounting. In his new role, Harris will lead financial planning and reporting, operational finance, and other administrative initiatives across the enterprise while supporting the company's continued strength and growth.
